1. Format: PNG, JPG, PSD, GIF
2. Color Profile: RGB or Indexed
3. Images may be larger as long as they can be cropped to the optimal size. Images cannot be smaller than indicated.
4. Images should be crisp, in focus and professional. Include the individual only.
Logo
1. Main – Optimal: Minimum 250 pixels wide x 50 pixels tall
2. Logo Package (favicon & meta OG): Minimum 300 pixels x 300 pixels
Team Members – (On Team Index – excludes separate bio page)
1. Optimal: 750 pixels x 750 pixels
2. Minimum: 350 pixels x 350 pixels
Bio (Optional page if selected)
1. Optimal: 750 pixels x 750 pixels

Recruiting You background section
1. Minimum: 2000 pixels x 700 pixels
2. May need to be blurred (we’ll do that)
Main (Home Page) Slider
1. Instead of a slider, this area can be a static image or removed
2. Quantity: Minimum of 1 to 3 (Additional slides available)
3. Minimum: 2200 pixels x 750 pixels
4. Overlays (e.g. professional flying in on main slider example)
  - Optimum: 450 pixels x 450 pixels
  - Minimum: 450 pixels along the long side
